Development process of T999
Abstract
T999 is a unique extract extracted from fenugreek. The research process of this ingredient follows the concepts and technical means of modern drug development. After rigorous experimental analysis to determine its pharmacodynamic effects such as increasing testosterone levels, improving sexual ability, and improving athletic ability, in order to further determine its effective chemical components that exert the above functions, our research team used activity tracking and UPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS technology, positive and reverse phase column chromatography, gel column chromatography, medium pressure chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography and other means to carefully separate and analyze the components of T999, collect MS/MS mass spectrum information combined with TCM database, refer to relevant literature and standards, etc., and identify nearly 100 effective chemical substances including flavonoids and saponins through positive and negative ion modes. The more comprehensive analysis of T999 provides a certain theoretical basis for its basic research on pharmacological substances and quality control.
We further introduced the network pharmacology research method and finally screened 14 potential active ingredients and 316 targets. At the same time, the research concept of transcriptomics was introduced to explore the biological process and molecular mechanism of T999 when it exerts pharmacological activity. This study has important guiding significance for the scientific use of T999. In short, our research team discovered the biological effects of T999's multiple components and multiple targets through a series of studies such as cell experiments, fruit fly experiments, mouse experiments and rat experiments, and determined its safety of use.
The research on T999 is the scientific research result obtained by Dr. Zhou 's team after 6 years of nearly 800 groups of experiments, screening and component testing of more than 2,000 samples, proving that it has outstanding performance in the core targets for maintaining the health of middle-aged and elderly men.
