What we can expect T999 do
Enhances Sexual Vitality
An experiment investigating the effects of T999 on the sexual ability of male rats demonstrated notable results. Rats (weight: 380±20 g) were administered T999 at doses of 11.8 mg/d (Group 1), 23.6 mg/d (Group 2), 35.4 mg/d (Group 3), and 47.2 mg/d (Group 4) for 20 days, which corresponds to daily doses of 300 mg, 600 mg, 900 mg, and 1200 mg for a 60 kg human. The results indicated that T999 at all tested doses enhanced the sexual behavior of the male rats. Notably, Group 2 (23.6 mg/d) exhibited the most pronounced and representative effect (equivalent to 600 mg/d for a 60 kg human). Compared to the blank control group, the differences were statistically significant:
● The capture latency period was shortened by 71.4%.
● The number of captures increased by 180%.
● Ejaculation frequency increased sevenfold.
● After drug administration, the duration of erection decreased by 96.9%.
● Erection duration increased by 367%.
Experiments indicate that T999 significantly enhances the sexual performance of male rats.

Experimental Institution: Hunan Key Laboratory of Small Molecule Drug Discovery and Translation for Chronic Disease Diagnosis and Treatment.
Experimental Conditions:
1. Animal Selection
Sixty adult male rats were randomly divided into five groups:
● Normal Control Group: Received distilled water.
● T999 Treatment Groups: Received doses of T999 at 31 mg/kg/day, 62 mg/kg/day, 93 mg/kg/day, and 124 mg/kg/day.
2. Drug
● The drug was administered once daily for 20 consecutive days. Administration
3. Female Rat Preparation
● Sixty adult female rats were anesthetized using sodium pentobarbital, and their ovaries were surgically removed.
● Mating experiments were scheduled for four weeks post-ovariectomy.
4. Hormonal Treatment
● Forty-eight hours prior to the mating experiment, female rats received an intramuscular injection of 200 µg/kg of estradiol benzoate.
● Four hours before the introduction of the male and female rats into the observation cage, an intramuscular injection of progesterone (2 mg/kg) was administered to ensure the females were in optimal estrus.
5. Observation Setup
● The entire observation process was conducted between 8 PM and midnight.
● Behaviors were recorded using a night vision high-definition camera in a 30 ml × 40 ml × 40 ml observation box.
6. Acclimatization
● Before the experiment commenced, male rats were placed in the observation box for 15 minutes to acclimate.
● Behavioral parameters were recorded from the moment the female rats were introduced.
This structured approach allows for a detailed analysis of mating behaviors in response to T999 treatment, providing insights into its potential effects on sexual performance in male rats.
