What we can expect T999 do
Boost Testosterone Levels
An experiment investigating the effects of T999 on testosterone levels in male rats revealed significant findings. After a 4-week period, rats (weight: 380±20 g) were administered T999 at doses of 11.8 mg/d (TFG-MD, medium dose) and 23.6 mg/d (TFG-HD, high dose), which is equivalent to daily intakes of 300 mg and 600 mg for a 60 kg human. The results indicated a marked increase in serum testosterone levels. Compared to the blank control group (rats not fed T999), the total testosterone content in the blood of male rats increased by 93.6% in the medium dose group and by 118.7% in the high dose group after 4 weeks.

Experimental institution: Hunan Key Laboratory of Small Molecule Drug Discovery and Translation for Chronic Disease Diagnosis and Treatment.
Experimental conditions:
1. Animal Selection
Twenty SPF adult male SD rats (weight: 380 ± 20 g) were used for the experiment.
2. Group Assignment
The rats were randomly divided into four groups:
● Normal Control Group: Received an equal volume of distilled water.
● TFG-HD Group: Received a high dose of T999.
● TFG-MD Group: Received a medium dose of T999.
● TFG-LD Group: Received a low dose of T999.
3. Drug Administration
All groups received their respective treatments via gavage once daily for 4 weeks.
4. Serum Collection
After 4 weeks of treatment, blood samples were collected from the rats.
5. Measurement of Serum Testosterone Levels
Serum testosterone levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit.
This experimental design allows for the assessment of the effects of T999 on serum testosterone levels in SD rats, providing insights into its potential impact on hormonal regulation.
