Dr. Zeng graduated from Xiangya School of Pharmacy, Central South University, and has served as the Director of the R&D Department at Geneham Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He specializes in the research and development of active ingredients from natural medicines. Dr. Zeng has presided over one provincial and ministerial-level project and has been a main researcher in two major national science and technology projects, one National Natural Science Foundation project, and four key projects at the provincial and municipal levels. He has applied for over 20 patents, with 4 granted, and has received the Hunan Science and Technology Invention Award. Additionally, he has published more than 20 papers in various academic journals.

Since he started working, he has presided over one provincial and ministerial-level project (Research on the anti-tumor synergistic effect mechanism of Vitedoin A on Akt/mTOR inhibitor VBE-1, NO2009FG3142), participated in two major national science and technology projects as the main researcher (Preclinical study of modern Chinese medicine EVn50 against breast cancer based on PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, NO2009ZX09102-109, Development of mulberry leaf extract and its preparation, NO2009ZX09102-110), three provincial and municipal key science and technology projects; applied for 6 patents, of which 4 were authorized; won the Hunan Science and Technology Invention Award once; and published more than 20 papers.
